Description: 40 Bed five star design hotel involving the total reconstruction of five buildings and garden square in an important Conservation Area in Bayswater. Full Architecture and contract administration service with extensive attendance on Interior Design matters.
The world’s largest construction company, Fujita, purchased nine buildings in Bayswater to develop four projects; their own offices, serviced business apartments, a children’s museum and a 5-star hotel. Jestico + Whiles was appointed on all four developments, working in particular on the hotel as architects and designers to the client’s appointed operator Anouska Hempel.
The Hempel opened to great acclaim and Jestico + Whiles has used the special expertise gained from their involvement on subsequent projects to great effect.
