Description: Jestico + Whiles and Patel Taylor are the architects behind crest Nicholson’s winning bid for Woolston Riverside. The open competition organised by the South East England Development Agency (SEEDA) is for the development team for the 12.5 hectare regeneration site on the river Itchen in South Hampton. Around 1500 homes, marine employment, community facilities and a range of leisure uses will be created over the next 8 years, commencing construction in 2007.
