Description: With developer Crest Nicholson and urban designers Patel Taylor, Jestico + Whiles has been shortlisted by SEEDA for the redevelopment of Woolston Waterside. Over 1500 homes will be provided in a landmark scheme on the south bank of the River Itchen. Our proposal provides for early gain in the form of a complete new urban square and a landmark 25 storey residential tower with dramatic views over the Solent.
